The Definition of Networking
Welcome to The CO-OP Entertainment Company's Music Network!
This is where you will find a database of all the artists in the DMV who has performed or want to perform at our events. It can also be used as an EPK (electronic press kit) for artists who currently do not have one.
To be considered for a showcase at our events you must do the following:
1.) Have a FULL CO-OP EPK on your profile. A CO-OP EPK consists of:
a. a BIO that you enter into the TEXT box. *
b. at least (1) one PHOTO in the Photos section of your profile. *
c. at least (1) MP3 of your music in the MUSIC section *
d. a video of you or your group performing in the VIDEOS section** (all other videos will result in the video and/or your profile being deleted.
e. a calendar of upcoming shows and/or events where you will be performing in the EVENTS section of your EPK**

HOW DO YOU PICK ARTISTS?
We review and pick artists that have shown that they are making an impact, building fans and creating buzz in the DMV music scene. Our goal is to support artists in their quest to build a larger fan base. Showing that you have a fan base that will come out to support shows our review panel that you have a "buzz" and will therefore eligible to be scheduled for future shows.
ARE THESE PAYING GIGS?
After establishing you have a fan base, monetary compensation may be discussed in return for your hustle & hard work to get those fans in to see you; payment really depends on your hustle.
